Your CurrentX product comes with one year warranty from the date of receiving the product. Your warranty is registered automatically when you input your email and address when you place a preorder.

This Warranty is valid only when a CurrentX product is purchased directly from us or our Authorised Resellers.

If there is a defect in the material or workmanship we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. 

The Warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from abuse, neglect, omission, improper installation and/or failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality (such as scratches or dents), damage caused by service / repairs / modifications carried out by anyone who is not a representative of CurrentX or CurrentX’s Authorised Resellers, damage caused by use with non-CurrentX products if such damage is caused by the non-CurrentX product, damage caused by acts of God (e.g., flood, fire, earthquake, etc). Any damage to, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses are not covered.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Once you've placed your preorder, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and summary. We will then process, pack and prepare your the order within 3-5 business days.

We will find the quickest and safest route for the delivery of your order which may be via courier or Australia Post.

Preorders take 4-6 weeks to reach you depending on your location.

You will be able to track the progress on the respective websites with your tracking number. If there are any issues regarding late or unreceived deliveries, please contact us at info@thecurrentx.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

All transactions processed through this website are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST.

Please ensure that you have purchased the correct product and entered the correct delivery information as returns for an exchange, refund or repair are only available for any products that were damaged during transit before receipt, faulty out of the box or do not work properly. All returns must be in its original packaging with all accessories and components attached. Please send the returned product via tracked postage or courier with a tracking number to avoid any lost freight for the return of the original product. You will be liable for the cost of any lost freight.

Refunds and credits are based on the price paid for the original product. Exchanges will be for a new product of the same model number.
